Li Qian: Chief of the CPC Hongkou District Committee

Resume: Li Qian, male, Han nationality, born in February 1973, is a native of Pingchang, Sichuan Province. With a bachelor degree, Li is also a master of business administration. Li joined the CPC in December 1996 and began to work in July 1997.

Li is now Chief of the CPC Hongkou District Committee of Shanghai. Lyu Ming: Deputy Chief of the CPC District Committee and District Governor

Resume: Lyu Ming, male, Han nationality, born in April 1976, is a native of Dafeng, Jiangsu Province. With a college degree, Lu is a senior executive (MBA) and a senior economist. Lu joined the CPC in June 1996 and started to work in July 1997.

Now, Lu serves as Deputy Chief of the CPC Hongkou District Committee and District Governor of Hongkou in Shanghai.

Jiang Aifeng, male, Han nationality, born in October 1970, is a native of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Jiang is a postgraduate, a doctor of engineering and a senior engineer. Jiang joined the CPC in May 1993 and started to work in March 1999.

Currently, Jiang serves as Deputy Chief of the CPC Hongkou District Committee. Formerly, Jiang served as Director of the Shanghai Municipal Government Office in Xinjiang, Deputy Commander-in-Chief and Deputy Party Committee Chief of the Shanghai Aid-for-Xinjiang Work Front Command (the 8th Batch), Deputy Party Group Chief, Head of the Discipline Inspection Group and Deputy Director of the Pudong New Area Construction and Transportation Committee, Deputy Director and Party Group Member of the Shanghai Civil Defense Office, Standing Member of the CPC Qingpu District Committee and Deputy Governor of Qingpu District, Standing Member of the CPC Putuo District Committee and Deputy Governor of Putuo District, and others.

Jiang Renhui: Standing Member and Organization Director of the CPC Hongkou District Committee

Resume: Jiang Renhui, male, born in April 1971, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. Jiang is a bachelor of engineering and an economist. Jiang joined the CPC in April 1993 and began to work in July 1993.

Now, Jiang is Standing Member and Organization Director of the Hongkou District Party Committee. Wu Qiang: Standing Member and Publicity Director of the CPC Hongkou District Committee

Resume: Wu Qiang, male, born in March 1972, Han nationality, is a native of Huai’an, Jiangsu Province. Wu graduated from a university with the degree of master of public administration. Wu joined the CPC in February 1993 and began to work in September 1990.

Now, Wu is Standing Member and Publicity Director of the CPC Hongkou District Committee. Previously, Wu held positions of First Chief of the Cultural Office of the Chinese Embassy in the United States (at the Section Level), Researcher of the Comprehensive Research Division of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Culture, Researcher and Deputy Director of the American and Oceanian Affairs Office of the American and Oceanian Affairs Office, Researcher, Deputy Director and Director of International Exchange Division (the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office) of the Shanghai Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and Television and Director of the Publicity Department General Office of the Shanghai Party Committee.

Liu Liaojun, male, Han nationality, born in September 1969, is a native of Pengze, Jiangxi Province. Liu is a bachelor of military science. Liu joined the CPC in October 1989 and started to work in September 1987.

Currently, Liu serves as Standing Member of the CPC Hongkou District Committee, as well as Political Commissar and Party Committee Chief of the Hongkou District People’s Armed Forces Department. Formerly, Liu served as Political Commissar of the Qingpu District People's Armed Forces Department.
