Zhu Qinhao:

Resume: Zhu Qinhao, male, born in February 1963, Han nationality, is a native of Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province. Zhu graduated from a university with the degrees of bachelor of engineering and bachelor of laws and an associate professor. Zhu joined the CPC in December 1985 and began to work in August 1984.

Now, Zhu is Chair of the Standing Committee and Chief of the Party Leadership Group of the Hongkou District People's Congress. Hu Jun:

Resume: Hu Jun, female, born in September 1964, Han nationality, is a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Hu graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, joined the CPC in November 1985 and began to work in July 1984.

Hu is now Vice Chair and Deputy Chief of the Party Leadership Group of the Hongkou District People’s Congress Standing Committee. Previously, Hu was Chief of the Party Working Committee of Xingang Road Sub-district and Chief of the Party Working Committee of Xingang Community (Sub-district) of Hongkou District, Department-level Leading Cadre of the Party Working Committee of Jiaxing Community (Sub-district), and Chief of the Party Working Committee of Tilanqiao Community (Sub-district) and Chief of the Party Working Committee of Tilanqiao Sub-district.

Li Jiayu:

Resume: Li Jiayu, female, born in April 1964, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. Li graduated from a university with the degree of master of engineering and a senior engineer. Li joined the CPC in November 1984 and began to work in July 1985.

Li is now Vice Chair of the Hongkou District People’s Congress Standing Committee. Previously, Li held the positions of Deputy Chief of the Party Working Committee of Shiquan Community (Sub-district) in Putuo District, Chief of the Shiquan Sub-district Office, Chief of the Party Working Committee of Shiquan Community (Sub-district) and Chief of the Party Committee of the Putuo District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

Xie Hailong:

Resume: Xie Hailong, male, born in February 1968, Han nationality, is a native of Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. Xie is a postgraduate of the Party School of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee. Xie joined the CPC in October 1993 and began to work in August 1989.

Xie is now Vice Chair of the Hongkou District People’s Congress Standing Committee and Chair of the Hongkou District Federation of Trade Unions. Resume: Xie Rongrong, female, born in August 1968, Han nationality, is a native of Yuyao, Zhejiang Province. Xie is a postgraduate of the Party School of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, a bachelor of management, an accountant, a senior auditor and a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA). And Xie began to work in July 1988.

Resume: Xie Chunyi, male, born in February 1965, Han nationality, is a native of Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. Xie is a postgraduate student with the degree of doctor of medicine, a chief physician and a member of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party (CPWDP). Xie began to work in September 1986.

Now, Xie is Vice Chair of the Hongkou District People’s Congress Standing Committee (Part-time Member), Chair of the Hongkou Committee of the CPWDP and President of the Shanghai Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital.
