Built on a triangular land, the Center is an office building with 3 floors underground and 9 floors above ground. With a total floor area of about 24,700 square meters, it is adjacent to Nanhe railway branch in the east, Liangcheng Road in the west, and Caihongwan Welfare Home for the Elderly in the north.

Once the railway subsides too much, the project department will stop excavating the pit and take technical measures.
After production resumption, the project department has increased constructors and taken other measures by adjusting the construction plan, thus maximizing to fuel the construction progress that is delayed due to the outbreak.
In order to take into account the sunshine demand of Caihongwan Welfare Home for the Elderly in the north, the project applies a stepped design to make a high-in-south and low-in-north layout, which forms rich spatial levels and architectural outlines, and enriches architectural space.
