Hongkou Makes Reparations for CIIE

On the occasion of 100-day countdown to the 3rd CIIE, Hongkou trading sub-group held the opening ceremony of the German High-quality Life Pavilion in Upbund Life Hub on July 24, and issued the "Hongkou Service Manual for the CIIE in 2020".
The 10-day German High-quality Life Pavilion provides a platform for CIIE participants to interact with the local market, which is one of the important measures to expand the spillover effect of the 3rd CIIE and to implement the requirements of "6+365 days" one-stop trading service platform. Germany's high-end kitchen brand of WMF, century-old snack brand of Bahlsen and other brands participate in the opening ceremony, offering free taste and try-out popular among the citizens from Hongkou.
The Hongkou trading sub-group has a total of 12 enterprises to participate in the 3rd CIIE. Thus, Hongkou has established an all-round 365-day service system to serve exhibitors and professional audiences to the fullest, and the sub-group offers six services, according to the head of the District Commerce Committee.
First, custom service aims to implement "one enterprise, one policy" according to differentiated needs of different enterprises, extend the CIIE service chain, and provide personalized services covering business carrier connection, economic and trade credit consultation, financial and insurance laws, and trade facilitation according to the characteristics of national conditions, industries, markets, products and so on.
Second, connection service tends to carry out extensive connection before the CIIE, connect with exhibitors, buyers and enterprises with intention, help enterprises solve practical difficulties in registering to participate into the CIIE, market expansion, brand promotion, supporting services for the CIIE, etc.
Third, online service makes use of public account, WeChat, e-mail, live broadcast and other new forms, works with all kinds of e-commerce platforms, offers online corporate services upon multiple channels, and further expands the service scope.
Fourth, business service intends to provide free office space and one-stop investment promotion services for overseas exhibitors at the CIIE. In terms of customs clearance facilitation, legal risk aversion and trade financing, the sub-group organizes online and offline training courses to provide enterprises with precise policy training and guidance services.
Fifth, window service is targeted at setting up a CIIE service window to ensure efficient and smooth communication of enterprises with various demands, and carrying out the registration, appointment, reception and on-site service of the CIIE.
Sixth, publicity service focuses on the key publicity direction, closely follows the preparations and schedules of the CIIE, coordinates to organize media reports, publicizes and publishes relevant dynamic corporate information, and provides various display platforms for enterprises, thus improving the exposure rate.
All-round services should be provided for exhibitors before, during and after the CIIE. Before the CIIE, the commerce department will work with multiple departments to plan out the service guarantee scheme, follow up on the latest information and policy, offer channels of prior registration, provide convenient application channels and detailed operation guidance for enterprises, supply key purchasers with VIP certificate application, VIP admission and parking permit, etc., and publicize the information for key purchasers during the countdown to the CIIE, investment promotion and trade forum, in a bid to provide the platform for enterprises to show their strengths.
Moreover, the sub-group will offer 7×24-hour services during the CIIE, so the work teams provide one-to-one services for enterprises all the time. Updating pictures, live streaming and news releases in the CIIE area, the sub-group will provide the latest information of citywide economic and trade fair in time, apply for economic and trade negotiations for key enterprises, provide a fine and efficient platform for supply and demand connection to make opportunities for enterprises to negotiate and cooperate with each other, and improve the services and expand the scope by online negotiation, video conference, online signing and other ways.
Building an ever-lasting CIIE, Hongkou will set up "6+365 days" one-stop trading service platforms online and offline for key enterprises after the CIIE, set up mobile and normal national pavilions, further amplify the spillover effect of the CIIE, and turn exhibits into commodities for the people.
