Chen Xiaojie: Deputy District Governor

Resume: Chen Xiaojie, female, Han nationality, born in April 1966, is a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Chen is an on-the-job postgraduate, a master of law and a non-party personage. Chen began to work in July 1988.

Currently, Chen is Deputy Governor of Hongkou District and Chair of the Hongkou District Red Cross Society. Chen used to be Vice Chair of the CPPCC Jing'an District Committee (part-time), Chief of the Jing’an District Legal Affairs Office, Director of Jing’an District Justice Bureau, and Deputy Governor of Baoshan District.

Zhang once served as Chief of the Party Working Committee of Changning District Government Organs, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Changning District Party Committee, Chief of the Changning District Civilization Office, Deputy Chief of the Changning District Social Construction Office, Chief of the Party Committee and Director of Changning District Civil Affairs Bureau, Chief of the Party Group and Director of the District Civil Affairs Bureau, Chief of the Xinhua Road Sub-District Party Working Committee, and Chief of the Xinhua Road Sub-District Working Committee of the Changning District People's Congress Standing Committee.

Chen Shuai: Deputy District Governor

Resume: Chen Shuai, male, Han nationality, born in June 1981, is a native of Ruijin, Jiangxi Province. Chen is a postgraduate and a doctor of engineering. Chen joined the CPC in May 2002 and began to work in September 2008.

Currently, Chen is Deputy Governor of Hongkou District. He once served as Chief and Chief of the Party Group of the Administrative Service Management Office of Fengxian District, Chief of the Investment Promotion Office of the Fengxian District Government, Director and Party Group Chief of Fengxian District Investment Promotion Bureau, Director of Fengxian District Tourism Bureau, Chief of the Fengxian District Investment Service Center, Chief and Party Group Chief of the Fengxian District Investment Promotion Office, Deputy Chief of the Party Committee and Mayor of Fengcheng Town.
