Li Qian: Chief of the CPC Hongkou District Committee

Resume: Li Qian, male, Han nationality, born in February 1973, is a native of Pingchang, Sichuan Province. With a bachelor degree, Li is also a master of business administration. Li joined the CPC in December 1996 and began to work in July 1997.

Li is now Chief of the CPC Hongkou District Committee of Shanghai. Resume: Jiang Rui, female, born in March 1974, postgraduate, Master of Arts. She joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January 1994 and began her career in July 1998.
She is currently Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hongkou District Committee and District Mayor of Hongkou District People’s Government.
