活动预告丨虹口北外滩国际法律服务港“香港月”专题论坛即将举行——助力企业跨境争议解决，聚焦内地与香港法律协作

随着中国企业“走出去”战略的深入推进，跨境投资、并购和贸易活动日趋频繁，企业在境外经营中面临的法律风险和争议也日益复杂。在此背景下，北外滩国际法律服务港将于2025年5月22日举办“香港月”系列活动的第一场专题论坛，主题为“企业走出去过程中的争议解决”。此次活动由上海市光大律师事务所主办，旨在探讨内地与香港法律协作机制，助力企业有效应对跨境法律挑战。

With the deepening of Chinese enterprises' "going out" strategy, cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, and trade activities are becoming increasingly frequent, and the legal risks and disputes faced by enterprises in overseas operations are also becoming increasingly complex. Against this backdrop, the North Bund International Legal Service Port will host the first thematic forum of the "Hong Kong Month" series on May 22, 2025, with the theme of "Dispute Resolution in the Process of Enterprises Going Out." This event is hosted by Shanghai Everbright Law Firm and aims to explore the legal cooperation mechanism between the Mainland and Hong Kong, assisting enterprises in effectively addressing cross-border legal challenges.

黄一文

香港一邦国际网上仲调中心副总裁兼秘书长，拥有丰富的国际争议解决经验，曾在新加坡国际调解中心、国际商会（ICC）等知名机构任职，并为多家世界500强企业提供法律服务。她曾任上海仲裁委国际合作与仲裁发展部部长，熟悉中港法律体系及国际仲裁机制。黄女士持有香港城市大学仲裁与争议解决法学硕士学位，是英国皇家特许仲裁员协会（FCIArb）成员，长期活跃于亚太地区多家国际仲裁与调解机构名册。

YIwen Huang

Vice President and Secretary General of Hong Kong eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre, with extensive experience in international dispute resolution. She has worked at renowned institutions such as the Singapore International Mediation Centre and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and has provided legal services to numerous Fortune 500 companies. She formerly served as the Director of the International Cooperation and Arbitration Development Department of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and is familiar with the legal systems of Hong Kong and mainland of China, as well as international arbitration mechanisms. Ms. Huang holds a Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from City University of Hong Kong, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and is active on the panels of several international arbitration and mediation institutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

Barrister Xuran Lu

Member of Des Voeux Chambers (Hong Kong), specializing in commercial litigation, arbitration, and the fields of bankruptcy and company law. He has represented clients in the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal and the highest courts of the Commonwealth. Barrister Lu is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Hong Kong Bar Association and has been repeatedly listed in the Chambers Greater China Region Guide for commercial dispute resolution. He delivered a keynote speech titled "Internationalization of Legal Services: Cross-border Arbitration in Hong Kong" at the 8th Lujiazui Legal Forum and has also spoken at the "Belt and Road" International Dispute Resolution event at Renmin University of China.

Ling Xia
