White-collar Energizing Project Set up at Xinyefang Industry Park

The Hongkou public-welfare white-collar energizing project themed on one-hour exercise at noon was moved to Hongkou Xinyefang Industry Park on October 24, attracting more than 60 white-collar workers.

The project is composed of three items, including Happy Dart, Electric Motor and Onshore Boat. Among them, the Dart can enhance muscle groups, such as shoulders and neck, which are not commonly used in ordinary times. Accurate throwing can relieve eye fatigue and relieve the pressure from work. Electric motors needs the all-body coordination of the participants who can keep a cool head to better take the job challenge by shaking and hopping.

Sponsored by the YCL District Committee and undertaken by Shanghai Yangguangmaisui Public Welfare Development Service Center, the project aims at promoting health management and scientific sports concepts for white-collar workers and working staff in the Park. Since launched in this April, it has been carried out in nearly 10 parks and office buildings, including Fangtang Town, Huayuanfang Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Park, and Zhongtu Lanqiao Cultural and Creative Industry Park. The project will be carried out at 9 stations throughout the year, which nearly 1,000 young white-collar workers are expected to participate in.
