The Hongkou District Government and Enterprise Cooperation Command for Old Neighborhood Renovation held a work meeting, attended by District Party Secretary Li Qian and Shanghai Real Estate Group Chairman Huang Yongping.

Huang Yongping highlighted the district's significant achievements in urban renewal, noting that the partnership has led to the advancement of eight major renovation projects and one urban renewal pilot project.
He stressed the urgency of meeting deadlines and achieving results, advocating for a clear task list and timeline facilitating progress.
During the meeting, the Shanghai Urban Renewal Company provided updates on collaborative efforts with Hongkou, while the district's urban renewal office presented insights into their joint initiatives.
In recent years, Hongkou and Shanghai Real Estate Group have deepened their collaboration, significantly improving living conditions for residents and accelerating development in the North Bund area.
Both parties are now focused on finalizing land transfers, adjusting plans, and promoting investments to ensure the steady advancement of urban renewal efforts.
