A total of 9 major projects participate in this event, including 4 started and 5 completed projects, with a total construction area of 1.03 million square meters and a total investment of RMB 40.3 billion. It will achieve a "double 20 billion" investment in both started and completed projects, which marks a new stage of comprehensive momentum in the development and construction of the North Bund.

This year, the district has arranged a total of 43 major projects, including 8 commercial buildings, 16 municipal infrastructure projects, 6 public service and livelihood security projects, 12 residential projects, and 1 other project. The total construction area is 3.08 million square meters, with a total investment of RMB 125.6 billion. The annual planned construction commencement and completion area is a total of 1.4 million square meters.
