It is learned from the District Housing Administration that a large-scale rental residential project "Youjian Apartment · Baodi Hongleyuan" was newly built at the junction of Guangyue Road and Guangzhong Road in the district. It is reported that the project is jointly invested by Baosteel Development Co., Ltd. under Shanghai Baodi Assets Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hongfang (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Beizhonghuan Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise Development (Group) Co., Ltd. under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hongkou District.
The project is composed of one 25-storey high-rise building, five 8-storey residential buildings, related supporting houses, public green spaces and others, with a building area of 62,000 square meters, more than 460 underground parking spaces and nearly 700 rental houses.
Hongkou’s residents who are familiar with the surrounding environment of Guangyue Road must remember that this was once a temporary wholesale market of home building materials covering an area of more than 10,000 square meters. As the temporary planning permit and fire protection permit have already expired, according to relevant regulations, the temporary buildings and unauthorized buildings that have not been demolished within the time limit are illegal buildings. This plot has a complex personnel structure, prominent public security problems and poor environmental health conditions, and once became a disaster area complained by residents. In 2018, it was closed and removed under the linkage of multiple departments in Hongkou.
Today, a high-quality large-scale rental housing project stands here. According to the construction party Shanghai Baodi Baolihui Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., in the whole process of the project promotion, it has received strong support and assistance in all aspects of Hongkou District.
The Liangcheng Xincun Sub-district has actively provided services in the aspects of city appearance management, social security and community residents' communication, which contributed a lot to promoting the project. During the pandemic period, the District Housing Management Bureau, the District Construction Management Committee and Liangcheng Xincun Sub-district coordinated with each other to solve the temporary resettlement and dining problems for the transferred personnel on the project site.
It is reported that the rental housing project implements the concepts of art design, scientific and technological intelligence, living atmosphere, healthy housing and green ecology, and it is committed to creating an open community of "New Urban Utopia", which has greatly improved the ecological environment along Guangyue Road.
"We have diversified housing types such as one bed room and one living room, two bed rooms and one living room and two bed rooms, one living room, one dining room and two bathrooms, which can meet the different living needs of the industry elites of Hongkou and its surrounding business industrial parks and enterprises, returnees, young entrepreneurs, accompanying families and residents for improving housing." It is learned that the first batch of apartments opened on August 7. After the project is put into operation, it will effectively enrich the supply of rental housing in Liangcheng Sub-district, Hongkou.
