On July 20, Guo Fang, Member of Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Party Chief of Hongkou District Party Committee, successively came to some medical institutions and residential areas in Hongkou to carry out large-scale visits and screening activities of "Preventing Pandemic, Stabilizing Economy and Guaranteeing Safety", and to inspect the pandemic prevention and control work in Hongkou on the spot.
In the afternoon, Guo came to the Supervision Office of Hongkou District Health Commission and the Hongkou District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, to visit the key working group and have in-depth talks with relevant principals. He listened carefully to the introduction of pandemic prevention and control supervision and law enforcement, institutional operation process, working mechanism and other aspects. In the evening, Guo inspected the nucleic acid screening in communities and told front-line workers to do a good job of self-protection and heatstroke prevention.
Guo said that we should have a clear understanding of the severe situation faced by the current pandemic prevention and control, always tighten the string of pandemic prevention and control, by adhering to the general policy of "dynamic zeroing", strengthening confidence, going all out, doing a good job in pandemic prevention and control strictly, carefully and truly, so as to resolutely hold the hard-earned prevention and control results. We should continue to give full play to the combined effect of "constant screening + large screening", summarize experience, supplement shortcomings, strengthen on-site organization and management, and complete all screening work strictly, carefully, orderly and efficiently, so as to ensure that no household is missed, no one is left out, and all inspections should be carried out. We should continue to do a good job in rapid and accurate epidemiological survey through carefully checking risk points and risk groups, race against the virus by scientifically allocating the strength of grass-roots epidemiological survey teams and improving the traceability and efficiency of epidemiological survey, so as to effectively block the virus transmission chain. We should continue to strengthen the inspection and control of social aspects through promoting the implementation of the two-way long system, compacting the main responsibility of pandemic prevention in various places and ensuring that the responsibility is assigned to people, so as to continue to improve the level of pandemic prevention and control and emergency response capacity, as well as keep the bottom line of normalized pandemic prevention and control. Meanwhile, we should continue to do a good job in publicity and guidance, do solid and detailed mass work, and strengthen grass-roots pandemic prevention training, so as to effectively meet the living needs of the people and build a solid national immunization barrier.
