Hongkou Spares No Efforts to Support Graduates' Employment and Entrepreneurship

In order to better serve the employment of college graduates in Hongkou District, the Hongkou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has launched a series of service activities for recruiting college graduates in Hongkou District based on the "Biyeshen" recruitment platform.
Superposition of Policies and Services
After receiving the employment notice of management student from Golden Education, Student Zuo, a senior majoring in business administration at Shanghai University, was very satisfied. He will officially join Golden Education in July. He said that due to the pandemic, many enterprises have cancelled school recruitment publicity. Although he submitted his resume on several platforms this spring, most of them fell flat. Fortunately, on the cloud recruitment platform of Hongkou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, he established real-time communication with Golden Education and was successfully selected.
It is reported that the first batch of air double selections was held on May 6, involving three universities and 512 enterprises, including Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai International Studies University and Xianda School of Economics and Humanities of Shanghai International Studies University. So far, 534 employers have provided a total of 8,728 positions for talents, attracting the participation from 31 colleges and universities such as Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University, and plans to cover 60 colleges and universities in the city by the end of June. 74,000 college graduates have submitted resumes, and some enterprises have reached employment intentions with graduates.
In order to actively support and help college graduates and achieve higher quality and fuller employment, this year, Hongkou has formed an employment service superposition model with market-oriented employment as the main part and grass-roots absorption as the supplement in the face of multi-level fresh graduates.
The "Cloud Platform" Realizing "Boundless" Interaction
In terms of market-oriented employment, Hongkou launched a "one-stop service platform for talents at home and abroad", which builds an efficient docking channel between college graduates and employers in the cloud, and fully provides 24-hour talent recruitment services for college graduates. Golden Education is a well-known education and training institution. Miss Li, the person in charge of personnel recruitment, said that despite the impact of the pandemic, the enterprise will still seize the opportunity to attract excellent young talents. The company is expected to recruit 300-500 people this year.
On the cloud platform, the enterprise released eight school recruitment positions and received thousands of resumes at once, giving the enterprise enough room to choose. At the same time, Hongkou has launched a "live broadcast for recommending jobs" cloud talent introduction service in response to the employment gap of enterprises in the pandemic prevention stage, and has successively launched shipping and financial talents service seasons, so that college graduates can directly talk to enterprise personnel, have an in-depth understanding of the actual situation of enterprises, and realize the "boundless" interaction between enterprises and graduates.
So far, there have been two special online recruitment sessions, providing 453 jobs, and attracting more than 76,000 people online.
Focusing on "Reservoir" Talent Reserve
In terms of grassroots absorption, Hongkou focused on the "reservoir" talent reserve, timely launched the "Hundred Talents Project" talent reserve project in Hongkou District, released recruitment announcements on the "Shanghai Hongkou" and "Hongkou Talents" WeChat official account, and pushed them on the WeChat platform of employment centers of more than a dozen colleges and universities in Shanghai. More than 8,700 online applications have been received through online application.
It is planned to complete the preliminary signing intention by the end of June through the consultation telephone with special person on duty, real-time screening of resumes, notification and arrangement of interviews, etc.
In order to further upgrade the full cycle entrepreneurship support and help college students improve their entrepreneurial ability, Hongkou took the opportunity of holding the Hongkou Sub-race of the 5th "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition to innovate and open up a special track for college graduates to help them start their own businesses. According to the mode of "Professional Classification and Service Segmentation", the human resources and social security departments will introduce entrepreneurship guidance experts into the community in groups and segments, to provide "1-to-1" entrepreneurship guidance for college graduates with entrepreneurial intentions, and to provide targeted, long-term and professional entrepreneurship services.
At the same time, Hongkou continues to optimize the incubation construction of parks, promote the entrepreneurial incubation carrier in the district, optimize the software and hardware supporting services, establish cooperation with the public entrepreneurship training base for Chinese entrepreneurs, guide the entrepreneurial teams of college graduates to share the experimental trial platform of the base, promote the transformation of entrepreneurial achievements, and continue to create an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
