A Private Enterprise Job Fair Held

In order to build an efficient supply-demand platform and give full play to the main role of private enterprises in hiring all kinds of workers, the 2020 private enterprises job fair themed on "working in private enterprises for future" in North Sichuan Road Sub-district was held on July 21 in Shenbei Building, No. 669, Wusong Road.

Thus, human resources companies, life insurance companies, security escort companies and so on have set up stalls to provide more than 100 posts in 46 fields, including head of reserve marketing, personnel assistant, integrated financial specialist, marketing personnel, professional auxiliary police in port, second-level cooks in hotel, and room service workers.

On the site, 62 publicity materials are distributed. With receiving 75 resumes, 39 ones get re-examination. In the form of job-hunters meet recruiters face to face and choose as both see fit, the job fair is mainly for the unemployed in the community.

In the early stage, the relevant departments have publicized the job fair a lot online and offline, and distributed brochures to job-hunters. The North Sichuan Road Sub-district hopes that more young unemployed people here can learn about the latest recruitment information and policy through the job fair, so that they can have more opportunities to get a job. At the same time, the employment aid workers from the Sub-district will follow up the employment tracking, and keep offering job-hunters stable counseling services.
