Activity Themed on Traffic Safety Held

In order to further enhance the public awareness of traffic safety, the traffic police of Hongkou held the wearing-helmet activity themed on Traffic Safety Day according to the work of establishing a national civilized urban area at Capitaland Shopping Mall on May 25. In response, the representatives of deliverymen and express-men in the district have signed a letter of commitment to traffic safety, and set examples for traffic civilization. At the same time, the traffic police and CPIC presented more than 600 safety helmets to the district’s primary schools, and wore helmets for student representatives on the scene, in order to advocate that more and more citizens wear helmets when cycling non-motor vehicles for the sake of safe and civilized travel.
