The Palette is the business center of Ruihongxinchen community. Gathering fashionable brands from all over the city, visitors can enjoy colorful life experience here. According to the project plan, there will be in total 9 districts, covering a construction area of about 50,000 square meters. Districts 1, 2, 3, and 5 of in total 44,000 square meters have been put into operation so far. In 2006, it was honored as the National Demonstrative Business Community. In 2011, it was given the silver award of space display in the Competition for Excellent Business Image Work in Shanghai. In 2012, it was appraised as the Advanced Collective for the building of demonstrative business community of Shanghai.
District 3 of the Palette (the former Ruihong Life Plaza) is located at No.123, Linping Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai. It is adjacent to Feihong Road on the east, Ruihongxinchen on the west, Linping Road on the south, and Tianhong Road on the north. The whole district is divided into the south part and north part by a leisure pedestrian street of 36 meters wide and over 100 meters long. As the supporting business center for the community, it aims at meeting the daily consumption need of the local residents. It includes supermarkets, banks, clothing stores, cosmetic centers, jewelry shops, restaurants, and other supporting facilities. It has a four-floor parking lot with two floors underground. The overall construction area is about 30,000 square meters. The business area in the basement is 16,397 square meters. On the first floor, the business area is 4861 square meters (south part) and 2023 square meters (north part), and it is 3652 square meters (south part) and 3032 square meters (north part) on the second floor. E-mart supermarket is in the basement which is directly connected to the entrance and exit of Linping Road Station of Subway Line 4. The south part and north part on the first floor are connected by the pedestrian street. It is a perfect shopping destination for the large flow of people passing the subway station and the local residence. At present, the major tenants of the business center include a supermarket(E-mart),restaurants ( Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chamate, Paris Bagutte, Ajisen Ramen, Haagen Dazs, Happy Lemon, Shenjing Uncle, KFC, Xiabu Xiabu, Zicai Sushi, Ganso, 73 Tenants, and so on.),fashion, cosmetic, and clothing shops (Watsons, DHC, Missha, Cache-Cache,Daphne,Westlink,Girdear,3YES, etc.),and supporting services (Fornet, YXP.163.com, China Unicom, Wang Liang Hairstyle Design, Aileyou, etc.).
District 2 aims at providing middle and high-end supporting business service for the community. Focusing on fashion restaurant and featured retailing, it is complementary to District 1, 3, and 5.It has become the first choice of people in the region to not only meet the daily shopping need of the local people but also bring fashion and prosperity to their lives. The construction area of district 2 is 11,725 square meters. There are restaurants, leisure experience centers, life service centers, and so on, to facilitate the life of the local residents. By introducing quality brands like La Tagliatella, Shunfeng Restaurant, Cafe de coral, Costa Coffee, Tangyuqinfeng (Food of Northwest China), Watami Japanese Casual Restaurant, SIYANLI Health & Beauty Spa, and Baby Blossom, and so on, it has been striving to build a high quality business community to serve for the local residents.
