Shanghai Plaza 108

Located at 108 North Sichuan Road, the Shanghai Plaza 108 consists of two 150-meter-high, 36-storey office buildings with a series of underground annexes, offering a total office area of 111,000 m² and a commercial area of 66,000 m². The third and fourth underground floors offer around 1,000 parking spaces. The first and second underground levels plus the first three floors above ground are for shopping. Construction began in 2012 and the plaza is scheduled to open for business in 2015.
