Hongcheng Financial Center (Sino-American Trust Building)

Located on the estuary of the Huangpu River and Suzhou Creek, the Hongcheng Financial Center consists of an east and a west wing standing at 100 and 66 meters respectively, a five-storey annex building and four basement levels reaching a depth of 20 meters. It occupies an area of 12,800 m² with a total floor space of 123,000 m², including an office area of 48,000 m² and a commercial area of 31,000 m². It is designed to offer 430 parking spaces. Construction started in 2012 and is scheduled for completion in 2016.
