The "North Bund+" Enterprise Linkage Empowerment Plan was released during the North Bund Building High-Quality Development Promotion Conference On July 26.
At the conference, the North Bund Subdistrict unveiled the "North Bund+" Enterprise Linkage Empowerment Plan, aimed at fostering greater openness and cooperation among local enterprises to empower their growth.
The subdistrict's spokesperson emphasized that the "+" symbol signifies resource integration and aims to position the subdistrict as a "major agent" for local businesses, enabling them to access exclusive benefits and share high-quality regional resources.
Additionally, it represents enterprise connections, with the subdistrict acting as a "matchmaker" to facilitate partnerships among neighboring businesses, thus boosting their operational scales.
To achieve these objectives, the subdistrict has established six key mechanisms: business resource coordination, professional service integration, rapid service response, cooperation platform development, business capacity enhancement, and collaborative promotion.
The mechanisms are designed to ensure that key enterprises operating in the North Bund enjoy seamless access to resources, convenient partner searches, and improved business performance, according to the subdistrict.
The first batch of participants in the "North Bund+" plan includes the Shenchengzhiguang Cruise, eight yachts, and nearly 20 key dining enterprises.
The North Bund Subdistrict signed strategic cooperation agreements with representatives from the cruise, yacht, and dining sectors.
Leaders from Shanghai Huangpu River Tour Group, Shanghai Laiyue Yacht Club Co. and Daodaoxian announced the exclusive benefits available to key enterprises.
Amidst new investment promotion trends, the North Bund Subdistrict views the interconnection of enterprise resources as a crucial strategy for enhancing business stability and attracting new investments through business channels.
By leveraging the diverse and concentrated elements of North Bund enterprises, the subdistrict aims to strengthen coordination in building service brands, system integration, ecosystem interconnectivity, and resource linkage.
The comprehensive approach aims to better serve the genuine needs of North Bund enterprises, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of local service work.
The event also featured a signing ceremony for key projects, where various district investment service centers, North Bund Group, North Innovation Group, and related subdistricts signed agreements with key projects.
These 16 signed projects span areas such as finance, trade, green low-carbon development, and fashion consumer goods.
To further advance the high-quality development of North Bund buildings, the conference invited Jones Lang LaSalle to present the economic performance of Shanghai's and North Bund's buildings in the first half of 2024.
Additionally, the Shanghai Property Management Industry Association released the North Bund Building Property Evaluation Report to support enterprise clustering and deepen the collaborative success between buildings and businesses.
