A new commercial complex was launched at the Jiangwan Town on January 1, 2024 to cap the shopping demands of nearby residents.
The Pingxi Commercial Plaza at 333 Rende Road and adjacent to Metro Line 3 will serve about 250,000 residents in the surround residential areas.
The total construction area of the project exceeds 50,000 square meters, consisting of two multi-story frame-style commercial buildings surrounding an inner shopping street along with a 15-story office building.
The commercial area of the complex covers 16,000 square meters, spread across three above-ground and four below-ground levels.
The mall, while maintaining architectural aesthetics, also considers consumer demands in its business mix, aiming to provide an enhanced shopping experience.
On its opening day, in addition to performances like drumming and lion dancing, the celebration of the New Year included neighborhood handcraft activities such as New Year imprinting and paper-cutting, as well as multiple rounds of lucky draws, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Guohua Financial Center, located on Xinjian Road, is a high-end commercial space covering 27,000 square meters. It plans to introduce numerous international brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, fashion lifestyle brands, and sports brands, aiming to create a city destination for high-quality living.
The project combines dining, leisure, sports entertainment, and shopping services, with a meticulously planned business mix: approximately 55 percent dining, 25 percent fashion brands, 15 percent leisure and entertainment, and five percent boutique retail, aligning with the quality life demands of business professionals and surrounding families.
There is also Honghui·Xinli, located at the intersection of Dongbaoxing Road and Zhijiang Branch Road. As a community-type commercial entity, it aims to present an interesting and warm "urban living room" for residents, a key project in the quality improvement plan of the Guangzhong Road 15-minute living circle.
The total construction area of the project is 19,600 square meters, with the main building comprising four floors.
