Parks in Hongkou to Open One after Another

"We come to the park!" From June 1, Hongkou will open its parks in batches.

Lu Xun Park, Liangcheng Park and Huoshan Park become the first batch of parks to be reopened in the region.

At about 9 a.m. on June 1, the reporter came to the south gate of Luxun Park. Under the guidance of staff and volunteers, citizens could enter the park orderly after scanning the site code or the digital sentry at the gate with the green QR code and 72-hour nucleic acid negative report.

In order to avoid crowd gathering, the park has taken measures to limit tourist influxes and open hours. Shi Xiaofeng, deputy director of Luxun Park, introduced that the park has an instantaneous tourist influxes of 5,000 people, and the opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 (entering the park not allowed after 16:30).All indoor activity places, business places, amusement facilities and fitness venues in the park are temporarily closed to the public. The staff will carry out the normal disinfection and disinfection and sterilization for the public toilets and garbage cans in the park with the frequency of once per two hours. They also conduct regularly disinfection and sterilization to the high-frequency seats without leaving a dead corner.

The District Greening and City Appearance Bureau organized 18 volunteers to assist Luxun Park in code-scanning guidance, personnel evacuation and park patrol, reminding visitors to keep a reasonable distance, avoiding crowd gathering, and encouraging them to wear masks all the time.

In early summer, the park is covered with trees. Tourists entering the park consciously wear masks and enjoy the long-lost summer scenery. "I'm very happy today. I took photos next to lotus leave this morning. It's very nice."

The opening day coincided with the International Children's Day. The park opened a free "Happy Paradise" inflatable castle from June 1 to 2 for children. To avoid people gathering, parents should scan the site code at the entrance first, and children should enter in batches after hand washing and disinfection. Each batch of 10 children can play for 15 minutes. After 10 children leave, the staff should spray disinfection and sterilization on the densely contacted parts at the entrance, and fully conduct disinfection and sterilization the amusement facilities every two hours.

Shao Qian, deputy director of the District Greening Management Center, said that in addition to Luxun Park, Liangcheng Park and Huoshan Park are also reopened today. In the future, the second and third batch of parks will be opened one after another. In order to encounter the opening of the parks, many parks in the area carry out tree pruning, weed removal, facility disinfection and sterilization and other work, and arrange "digital sentinels" and site codes at the gate of the park, public toilets and other points, so as to create a safe and secure environment for tourists.
