As the normal production and living order is being resumed in Shanghai, in order to meet the medical needs of the majority of residents as soon as possible, the community health service centers in Hongkou have been gradually and orderly opened to the outside world to carry out department business.
In the Ouyang Road Subdistrict Community Health Service Center (the Center), medical staff are ready to orderly guide citizens into the central hall. The site code and other relevant guidance signs have been posted in place. Patients who come to see doctors consciously keep a distance of more than 2 meters, go through body temperature detection, and scan the site code before entering.
An official of the Center told that the hospital strictly implements disinfection measures, carries out regular disinfection and sterilization in different areas and layers every day, maintains air circulation, and carries out all-round spraying and wiping disinfection on the ground, handrails and other details to ensure the safety of the medical environment.
At present, the Center has opened a simple outpatient service. At the dispensing window, Uncle Wang, who was the first in the line, told the reporter that he was suffering from high blood pressure. During the epidemic period, community volunteers bought drugs on behalf of him. Now the drugs were almost used up, so when he heard that the simple outpatient clinic had recovered, he came to test the blood pressure and buy some medicines. By the way, he added, "It's convenient to get it done in a few minutes."
As the pandemic prevention and control situation gradually improved, the demand for vaccination among citizens became increasingly strong, and the Center opened vaccination clinic.
It was seen that an elderly person brought the checklist and consulted the doctor before vaccination. The medical staff took the pulse, blood pressure and checklists for the elderly patiently, and answered whether they could be vaccinated with covid-19 vaccine.
Aunt Zhang originally came to get medicines. When she heard that the vaccination clinic was also open, she came by to vaccinate with covid-19.
After scanning the code and registering, she successfully received the first dose of vaccine. "Now vaccination is a trend. I think we’d better to vaccinate if we could do it."
In order to meet the vaccination needs of citizens, the center provides covid-19 vaccination services in the morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday, and provides vaccination contraindication evaluation. After measuring blood pressure and confirming medication habits, it vaccinates people who meet the vaccination requirements.
At present, the community health service centers in Hongkou are successively restoring outpatient departments to ensure the medical needs of patients.
