The prototype stories of Bella's "Jews in Shanghai" involve Mike Medvedev, gold medal producer in Hollywood and Lawrence, professor of Harvard Law School.
"Song of Survivors" mainly tells the story of Mike Medvedev's family in Shanghai during World War II. As famous Hollywood producer, he has won the Oscar for best picture eight times. Based on this history, the documentary shows the tolerance of Shanghai, the simplicity and enthusiasm of the Shanghai people, thus making a historical chapter of cross-ethnic cultural integration.
