44 Children's Planners Start to Work

On July 5, the establishing ceremony of "Full Communion of Children's City" Community Children's Planner Alliance of Hongkou District was held at Quyang Activity Center for Children.

At the establishing ceremony, the attending leaders jointly presented a flag to the child representatives from Community Child Planner Alliance and issued letters of appointment to representatives of child planners. Later, the representatives of child planners addressed to share their experiences as community child planners and published the rules of order on behalf of Community Child Planner Alliance of Hongkou District. 44 children and unit representatives from women's federation, schools and social organization consist of the first Community Child Planner Alliance of Hongkou District. Children are guided to have awareness of participating in social issues and children's participation ability is cultivated through multiplied ways including project study, brainstorming and discussion and analysis to practice friendship, to set up child self-governance organization and to provide network platform of expressing opinions, participation, governance and sharing for children.

It is learnt that the Community Child Planner Alliance of Hongkou District of 2021 is to provide child right course and child-friendly course for the kids aging between 8 and 15 in Hongkou District on the basis of the experience of constructing child-friendly community last year to popularize the awareness of child right and the child-friendly notion to focus on children's active and substantial participation, to enhance children's ability of discussion and participation and to explore the feasibility and mode of children's deep participating in communities.
