The Hongkou District Fire Rescue Detachment carried out the training for the second batch of newly-recruited firemen of 2019 a few days ago.

The Detachment takes the initiative to follow the function orientation of main force of emergency rescue and national team in the training, and enhances the disciplines, strengthens the working style, solidifies the foundation, and promotes the changes for the purpose. Transformed from conventional mode to systematic one, the training applies regular theoretical assessment, martial arts exercises, upgraded assessment, physical foundation improvement and professional skills, and makes clear rewards and punishments generally.

At the same time, the Detachment tries to innovate the mode of ideological and political education, sets up a talent stage in the intervals, and propels both the ideological and political education and the training through such education methods as songs, speeches and games. In addition, the newly-introduced Lecture Hall for New Firemen allow them to deliver speeches and interchange their ideas.

Furthermore, the Detachment will keep following the principle to take a training according to the guiding principle, make a training scientifically and guarantee the quality in both training and actual combat, and take the training and education of new firemen as the revitalization solidly.
