A new 24-hour book borrowing and returning system was launched in Hongkou Library Zhapu Branch. This library has a 60m2 independent space and a collection of 5,000 books. It could provide automatic integrated service including certificate application, search, reservation, book borrowing and returning, renewing and delay fee payment.
