Lyu Ming: Deputy Chief of the CPC District Committee and District Governor

Resume: Lyu Ming, male, Han nationality, born in April 1976, is a native of Dafeng, Jiangsu Province. With a college degree, Lu is a senior executive (MBA) and a senior economist. Lu joined the CPC in June 1996 and started to work in July 1997.

Now, Lu serves as Deputy Chief of the CPC Hongkou District Committee and District Governor of Hongkou in Shanghai.

Guan Yetong: Standing Member of the District Party Committee, Deputy District Governor

Resume: Guan Yetong, male, Man Nationality, born in November 1972, is a native of Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Guan is a university graduate, a master of engineering and an engineer. Guan joined the CPC in April 2000 and began to work in July 1995.

Guan is currently Standing Member of the CPC Hongkou District Committee and Deputy District Governor. Guan once served as Director and Party Group Chief of Xuhui District Planning and Land Administration Bureau, Chief of the Hongkou District Land Reserve Center, Deputy Chief and Director of the Hongkou District Construction and Transportation Party Working Committee, Deputy Chief of the General Office of the Shanghai South Railway Station Square Management Committee, Party Group Chief and Director of the Pudong New Area Planning and Land Administration Bureau, and Director of the Hongkou District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau.

Chen Xiaojie: Deputy District Governor

Resume: Chen Xiaojie, female, Han nationality, born in April 1966, is a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Chen is an on-the-job postgraduate, a master of law and a non-party personage. Chen began to work in July 1988.

Currently, Chen is Deputy Governor of Hongkou District and Chair of the Hongkou District Red Cross Society. Chen used to be Vice Chair of the CPPCC Jing'an District Committee (part-time), Chief of the Jing’an District Legal Affairs Office, Director of Jing’an District Justice Bureau, and Deputy Governor of Baoshan District.

Zhang Wei: Deputy District Governor, Deputy Party Chief of the Political and Legal Committee of the CPC District Committee, and Dean of the School of Administration of Hongkou District

Resume: Zhang Wei, female, Han nationality, born in December 1975, is a native of Yinxian County, Zhejiang Province. Zhang is an on-the-job postgraduate, a master of business administration. And Zhang joined the CPC in April 1996 and began to work in July 1998.

Currently, Zhang is Deputy Governor of Hongkou District, Deputy Party Chief of the Political and Legal Committee of the CPC Hongkou District Committee, and Dean of the School of Administration of Hongkou District. Zhang once served as Chief of the Party Working Committee of Changning District Government Organs, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Changning District Party Committee, Chief of the Changning District Civilization Office, Deputy Chief of the Changning District Social Construction Office, Chief of the Party Committee and Director of Changning District Civil Affairs Bureau, Chief of the Party Group and Director of the District Civil Affairs Bureau, Chief of the Xinhua Road Sub-District Party Working Committee, and Chief of the Xinhua Road Sub-District Working Committee of the Changning District People's Congress Standing Committee.

Chen Shuai: Deputy District Governor

Resume: Chen Shuai, male, Han nationality, born in June 1981, is a native of Ruijin, Jiangxi Province. Chen is a postgraduate and a doctor of engineering. Chen joined the CPC in May 2002 and began to work in September 2008.

Currently, Chen is Deputy Governor of Hongkou District. He once served as Chief and Chief of the Party Group of the Administrative Service Management Office of Fengxian District, Chief of the Investment Promotion Office of the Fengxian District Government, Director and Party Group Chief of Fengxian District Investment Promotion Bureau, Director of Fengxian District Tourism Bureau, Chief of the Fengxian District Investment Service Center, Chief and Party Group Chief of the Fengxian District Investment Promotion Office, Deputy Chief of the Party Committee and Mayor of Fengcheng Town.
