In Lu Xun Park, No. 2288, North Sichuan Road
The tomb of Lu Xun, originally at Wanguo Cemetery, was moved to the present site in 1956. Covering an area of 1,600 square meters, it was built of over 2000 granites. In front of the tomb there is a square, where a 1.71 meters high copper statue of Mr. Lu Xun is located. Pines planted by Xu Guangping and his son Haiying were on both side. On the tomb base is the huge tombstone of 10.2 meters wide and 5.38 meters high on which inscribed with the golden words meaning the Tomb of Mr. Lu Xun written by Mao Zedong. Behind the tombstone is the screen mound. It was included in the list of Key National Cultural Relics Protection Units by the State Council in 1961.
